We want Taiao Ora to be useful from day one. This policy explains how trials, cancellations and refunds work so there are no surprises.
1. Free trial
New subscriptions may include a free trial period. You can cancel any time before the trial ends from the Billing screen and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your selected plan begins automatically when the trial ends.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until then. Partial-month refunds are not provided for monthly plans, except where required by law.
3. Annual subscriptions (if offered)
Where annual billing is offered, refunds may be considered on a pro-rata basis if you cancel within the first 30 days of a new annual term and have made minimal use of the Service. Contact us to request a review.
4. Modules added mid-cycle
When you add modules (for example Environment Monitoring or Advanced Analytics) mid-cycle, charges are pro-rated to the remainder of your current period. Removing a module takes effect at the next renewal.
5. Service issues
If the Service is materially unavailable or broken due to our fault for an extended period, contact us and we will issue service credits or, where appropriate, a refund for the affected period.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence (for example, EU/EEA right of withdrawal where applicable).
7. How to request a refund
Send a request to mahi@coruscant.ch with the email address on your account and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
