Terms of Service

Taiao Ora provides environmental intelligence for residential and portfolio property managers, including dashboards for energy, water and indoor environment metrics, alerts, AI-assisted summaries, and billing. The Service may evolve over time and we may add, change or remove features.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at mahi@coruscant.ch if you suspect unauthorised access.

Pricing is per-property, per-month and is calculated based on the modules you enable (Base, Environment, optional Advanced Analytics) and the number of properties on your plan. Tiered discounts apply automatically as your property count grows.

New subscriptions may include a free trial. At the end of the trial, your chosen plan renews automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing screen. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless we agree otherwise.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party right;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code;
• Interfere with the integrity, security or performance of the Service;
• Upload data you do not have the right to share, or data containing malicious code.

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to operate and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including software, designs, branding and documentation, is owned by Coruscant or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active.

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example payment, hosting, and AI infrastructure). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we are not responsible for outages or actions caused by them.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Taiao Ora is an informational tool and is not a substitute for professional building, electrical, plumbing or health advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continued provision of the Service would expose us to legal or security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the canton in which Coruscant is registered, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your residence provide otherwise.
